Downsview Area Secondary Plan update

On June 28, 2011 the Ontario Municipal Board (OMB) approved the settlement between Downsview Park, the City of Toronto and Build Toronto for the Downsview Area Secondary Plan.

The Stanley Greene Zoning By-law Amendment and Draft Plan of Subdivision have been appealed to the OMB and are currently under review. Pre-hearings will continue into December (and possibly the new year) for these applications. In the meantime, Downsview Park and the City of Toronto are working closely to finalize the Rezoning and Draft Plan of Subdivision applications to make way for a mutually satisfactory plan.
