Registration includes completing the registration forms (print or online
versions below) and submitting payment as indicated. Registration will only be confirmed upon receipt of a compete application package and full deposit or full payment. No refunds allowed. Registration EXTENDED to Feb. 5!
Teams must create Pointstreak team accounts. Only players added to team accounts are
eligible to play.
Registration fee:
Team Fee - $1539.00 + HST (Please note deposit of $800.00 due with application.) Full team fee must be paid by February 26, 2012.
Additional fees:
Referee fee - $15/team/game/men’s and coed leagues;$10/team/game/women’s league
OSA/District reg. fee - $18/player/team

Please make cheques payable to Downsview Park.
A $50 NSF surcharge applies to returned cheques.
Indoor Winter Soccer League statistics & schedules:
League information:
- All teams qualify for the playoffs.
- New division 5 (beginner/entry level) added.
- 12 games guaranteed.
- All divisions play 6-a-side.
- All players must be 18 years of age or older.
- Teams will play a double header and/or a game on an off night.
- Schedule (below) subject to change based on number of teams in a
division.
- Coed teams must have a minimum of two women on the field at all times.
- Spaces are limited.
- Affiliated member of the Ontario Soccer Association.
- Divisions are based on skill level. Division 1 is the most competitive and division 5 is beginner/entry level. Open divisions combine all skill levels wih no skill separation.
